Welcome to EcoQuench Rewind! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.

2. PRODUCTS
Most of our items are custom-made to your specifications. Images are for illustrative purposes only and colours/designs may vary slightly. Where available, size guides and product dimensions are provided - please refer to these before placing your order.
3. ORDERING
When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging it. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
3a. ADDING PERSONALISATION INSTRUCTIONS TO YOUR ORDER
We may contact you to offer design and printing options, particularly if your personalisation request is not detailed in the description. Please note - contact will be attempted using the email address and/or phone number that is provided when your order is submitted. Please ensure these details are up to date so we can reach you if necessary. After 2 contact attempts with no response, your item will be printed to what we feel is the closest match to your personalisation instructions. In the event of your personalisation request can not be fulfilled, and we are unable to contact you to agree next steps, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
3b. ADDING IMAGES TO YOUR ORDER
We can accept PNG, JPEG and SVG files. Images need to be of a high quality and at least 300dpi (dots per inch) and suitable dimensions for printing to avoid skewing.
Make sure that the artwork provided is owned by you or approved for use, to avoid copyright infringement. We may contact you before fulfilling your order if we need additional confirmation regarding image copyrights.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are in GBP and VAT is not applicable or charged as EcoQuenchRewind is not VAT registered. Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.
5. DELIVERY
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. Please notify us of any issues within 14 days.
Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
7. FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@ecoquench.co.uk with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site (images, logos, text) is owned by EcoQuench Rewind and may not be used without permission.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
